Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed, packaged and shipped from Oregon, USA. You will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number if you'd like to track the status of your package once it has been sent.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (US)
Free Shipping for all orders over $100, 2-5 business days via USPS First-Class Mail.
For all orders under $100, a $5 flat rate will apply for First-Class Mail.
We also offer Priority Mail Shipping (1-3 business days) on all orders for a flat rate of $10. Includes up to $100 of Insurance.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE OF THE US)
Free International Shipping for orders over $300.
For all international orders under $300, a $15 flat rate will apply. 7-21 days via USPS First-Class Mail International.
We are not responsible for any customs costs/taxes on International orders.

If you are unsure of your ring size we suggest visiting your local jeweler who should be able to quickly measure your finger(s) to get your ring size.
All online orders are final sale and we do not offer refunds.

If you’d like to exchange your unworn jewelry please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
All custom orders and sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
If you received a damaged item please notify email@example.com as soon as possible to organize an exchange or replacement of your item.
