SHIPPING

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed, packaged and shipped from Oregon, USA. You will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number if you'd like to track the status of your package once it has been sent.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (US)

Free Shipping for all orders over $150, 2-5 business days via USPS First-Class Mail. 

For all orders under $150, a $5 flat rate will apply for First-Class Mail. 

We also offer Priority Mail Shipping (1-3 business days) on all orders for a flat rate of $10.

For shipping protection from damage, loss, or theft, please make sure to add Route Shipping Protection to your order at checkout. This is optional add-on and is not automatically applied to your order. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE OF THE US)

Free International Shipping for orders over $300.

For all international orders under $300, a $15 flat rate will apply. 7-21 days via USPS First-Class Mail International. 

We are not responsible for any customs costs/taxes on International orders.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES 

Please make sure you read product descriptions thoroughly including sizes and dimensions before placing your order. We do not refund or exchange due to incorrect sizing or change of mind. By purchasing a piece you agree to these terms.

    All items are final sale and cancellations will not be accepted.

    RING SIZING

    If you are unsure of your ring size we suggest visiting your local jeweler who should be able to quickly measure your finger(s) to get your ring size. Complimentary ring sizers are also available on our site for your convenience. We are not able to offer ring resizing. We do not refund or exchange due to incorrect sizing and cannot be responsible if your piece does not fit correctly. 

    WARRANTY

    All pieces include an 12 month warranty with purchase. In the rare case that breakage occurs within the first 12 months of purchase MAHKA Jewelry will happily repair the item or offer a gift card (store credit) for the original purchase price and return it free of charge. If the item is damaged due to personal wear and tear or mishandling by the customer, the item will not be covered under our warranty.
